The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the main train station, making it easy to access public transportation. The receptionist was friendly and offered us breakfast options upon our early arrival. She even went out of her way to help us find nearby halal restaurants, very helpful. the beautiful room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable for two people.
One major drawback of the hotel is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. This became a problem during the summer months as opening the window meant dealing with noise from the main road, including honking cars.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, making it easy to check in early. Great location near the Hauptbahnhof and Einkaufszentrum. Excellent breakfast and clean rooms with good heating.

Short underground passage to train station and Christmas market within walking distance. Lovely breakfast buffet overseen by efficient staff.

The hotel's location is perfect, right across from the train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. it is very close to the main railway station, allowing for easy travel to other destinations. The rooms are small but clean, and the staff are professional and nice, with a bit of a historical feel to the place.
Some staff members had a patronizing or rude attitude, which could have been improved for a more enjoyable experience overall.
